Where possible, all computer related requests please log a job in Jobdesk.

If you do not have a valid username and password, it is usually best to ask your Supervisor to log the request on your behalf. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we can assist you over the phone.

Contact Science IT Support for:

• Hardware failures and faults
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• IT Account creation, modifications and problems
• Equipment and Lab booking and loans
• Virus notifications and problems
• Network problems
• Postmaster requests
• Web requests (including page errors, modifications, new pages)

Gippsland Campus

Science Staff or Postgraduate students on the Gippsland Campus should contact the ITS Service Desk at Gippsland for all IT related requests.
