The Astronomical Society of Victoria invites you to a free public event on Wednesday
8 September at 8:00pm.
Guest speaker, Mr Bill Bradfield, will talk on his experiences as the world's most prolific comet hunter in his presentation "Exploration of the Comet Nucleus".
Bill's talk will be most interesting as he is a
- world renowned comet hunter from South Australia
- discoverer of 18 comets that all bear his name - 6 more than any other living comet hunter
- recipient of the 2004 Edgar Wilson Award for his discovery of comet C/2004 F4
Mr Perry Vlahos, Vice President of the ASV, will also present "Sky for the Night".
