Policy

1. Finalisation of results

First semester results must be finalised by no later than 31 August in the year the subject was offered and second semester results must be finalised by no later than 31 March in the year following that in which the subject was offered.

2. WH grades

After each semester's deadline, the Faculty Office will provide departments with lists of outstanding WH grades to be resolved.  These will be converted to N grades unless good reasons are provided.
