Academic appeals procedures
1. Doctoral studentsAcademic appeals procedures for doctoral students are given in Chapter 8 (‘Grievance and appeal, discipline and termination’) of the Handbook for Doctoral and Master of Philosophy Degrees. 2. Masters studentsAcademic appeals procedures for masters students generally follow those for doctoral students as given in Chapter 8 (‘Grievance and appeal, discipline and termination’) of the Handbook for Doctoral and Master of Philosophy Degrees. In this case the ‘committee’ will be the Research Degrees Committee (RDC), and any complaints should be directed to the Manager, Research and Research Training. 3.
