2012 Faculty of Science HDR Re-enrolment

MSc, MPhil and PhD candidates will need to re-enrol for 2012 via the Web Enrolment System (WES) by using their Monash student email login and password.

The re-enrolment period for 2012 is from Monday 10 October 2011 until Monday 21 November 2011.

You need to re-enrol for 2012 if you:

  • will be continuing your research program in 2012, or
  • are currently on intermission but will return to study in 2012, or
  • will not submit a thesis before 21 December 2011.

If you do not re-enrol during the designated re-enrolment period, you may still do so from 22 November until 16 December 2011 but you will incur the $281 late re-enrolment fee.

Annual Questionnaire

Re-enrolling students will need to complete the Annual Questionnaire online before being given access to re-enrol for 2012.

Information on re-enrolment procedures, including how to complete the Annual Questionnaire, will be sent to you via email in mid-September 2011.

Monash Student Email Accounts

Please be reminded that the university sends all official emails to student email accounts only.

You can access your student email via Webmail or via the my.monash portal.

Students who prefer to use their private or Monash staff email accounts are required to forward their Monash University student email to these accounts. Please see instructions for mail forwarding.
