2010 Faculty of Science HDR Re-enrolment

MSc, MPhil and PhD candidates will need to re-enrol for 2010 via the Web Enrolment System (WES) at https://my.monash.edu.au/wes/ by using their Monash student email login and password.

The re-enrolment period for 2010 is from Monday 12 October 2009 until Monday 23 November 2009.

You need to re-enrol for 2010 if you:

  • will be continuing your research program in 2010, or
  • are currently on intermission but will return to study in 2010.

If you do not re-enrol during the designated re-enrolment period, you may still do so from 24 November until 18 December 2009 but you will incur the $250 late re-enrolment fee.

Monash Student Email Accounts

Please be reminded that the university sends all official emails to student email accounts only.

You can access your student email at https://mail.monash.edu.au or via the my.monash portal https://my.monash.edu.au/.

Students who prefer to use their private or Monash staff email accounts are required to forward their Monash University student email to these accounts. The instructions for mail forwarding are available from http://www.its.monash.edu.au/students/email/about.html.

Do not leave your re-enrolment until the last day. You may encounter problems and be unable to access assistance in time to avoid incurring the late enrolment fee.
