Duties include:

  • Involved in all aspects of assisted reproduction.
  • Egg collections, fertilisation of the eggs using standard IVF or IntraCytoplasmic Sperm injection (ISCI) procedures.
  • Freezing and thawing sperm for clinical use.
  • Working in a biochemistry laboratory performing hormonal blood tests and analysing hormone levels to advise on patient cycles.
  • Mouse quality control of IVF laboratory disposables.
