"I love the fact I don't sit behind a desk all day."

The aims of this position are to provide ultra pure water for use in boiler/steam circuits and maintain the boiler water purity within the prescribed limits. The challenge is to achieve this in a timely and cost effective manner in an ever changing industrial environment. I enjoy having the diversity of skills I have been able to obtain in this industry and love the fact I don't sit behind a desk all day and even after many years I am still learning new things everyday.

To be totally honest I really enjoyed the social side of University, and as far as the course goes I loved the fact that there was such a strong emphasis on the practical aspects which doesn't happen at every University. I believe the depth of your learning and understanding is so much better when you do something "hands on" rather than just reading about it in a textbook.
