4. Criteria for course transferStudents who have previously met the admission criteria: International and full-fee local students who have previously met the admission criteria for a Faculty degree may apply for transfer at any stage; there is no minimum number of units that must be completed, and applications may be made for mid-year transfer. Commonwealth supported place CSP (previously known as HECS) students who have previously met the admission criteria for a Faculty degree can only transfer when the faculty has CSP places available. This will normally be at the end of the academic year for admittance the next academic year. Students who have not previously met the admission criteria: Students who have not previously met the Faculty’s admission criteria may apply for an internal transfer after completing a minimum of 24 credit points (normally 4 units) of study at Monash University. The selection process is competitive, and students are required to meet the Faculty’s criteria for internal degree transfer. 5. Fees for transferring coursesStudents accepting a course transfer will be fee assessed at the commencing rate of the new course relevant to the year the student transfers. For future years of the course, Monash University reserves the right to adjust annual tuition fees. |
