How to apply for science honours

Honours applicants should complete an application form (doc 173kb) (pdf 80kb). You must complete the application form (doc 173kb) (pdf 80kb) in consultation with the Honours coordinator or nominated representative of the relevant School/Department in which you wish study and that person must sign your application before being submitted to the faculty.

All external international students (non Monash) must apply directly to International Admissions by completing the application form available on their website. Before applying you must contact the Honours coordinator and/or supervisor in the area in which you wish to study.

The Faculty of Science makes offers for of admission and staff in schools / departments are not authorised to offer any applicant a place in the science honours program.

Mid year honours

Honours commencing in July will only be offered at the discretion of the Faculty of Science depending on availability of places. Requirements, eligibility and the application process is the same as for the commencement at the start of the academic year.

Please note not all disciplines are offered at mid year entry.
